An Analysis of English Textbook for Tenth Graders of Vocational High School in Indonesia

This study aims to investigate (1) material completeness, includes a short interpersonal text, transactional text and functional (2) depth, the exposure, retention production, 3) life skill development, personal skills, social academic skills vocational skills. Within scope of current study, it was analyzed an English textbook used by tenth graders Vocational High School. The research method in this descriptive qualitative following four systematic steps, namely deciding on subject, referring criteria analysis, applying using checklist interview, analyzing textbook. data were gathering through interview containing analysis.
